Who doesn't love the underdog? Who doesn't love when good triumphs over evil or when the shy, uncoordinated kid makes the team or get the popular girl? I can recall the night when Jeremy Lin walked on the court. My son called me into the room to come and see...we sat there staring at the television. We repeated nonsensically, "Who is that?" It turned out to be a great game and a fun night. More so, it turn out to be a wonderfully opportunity to talk to my son about perseverance, diligence and faith."
I personally love to keep up with Kickstarter.com. It is a past time of mine to search the site to see what creative ideas, inventions, projects, products and businesses people are trying to launch. When I came across the Linsanity: The Movie project I thought to myself, "Finally, someone's going to tell his story."
I'm not a die-hard fan of any team or sport. I'll watch it if I have to or if it is on the tube, but I have to say I am a die-hard fan of Jeremy Lin. It's more about his character, humility, simplicity and his go-hard mentality.

What is this documentary about?
Jeremy Lin’s story is so improbable, Hollywood couldn’t script this for the absurdity of being too unrealistic. Jeremy’s career is the antithesis of NBA convention. He grew up as a skinny Asian American kid in Palo Alto, CA, home to some of Silicon Valley’s most successful technology companies. The more we dug into his story, we saw how each seemingly unconventional turn became the foundation for the next opportunity - each success and challenge became a building block for bigger and better things, weaving together an impossible story that could only have ever happened that exact way.
